K.C. marketing services commenced business on 11.03.1999. Lallan Engineers was established in the year 1979 with main objective of manufacturing sports good to catering the Sri Lankan market. The customers include All Government Organizations, Non Government Organizations, Private Companies, Sri Lanka Army, Navy, Air Force, All Government Schools, Private Schools, International Schools, and All
Religious Places. After over 25 years in the field of Sports Goods manufacturing and other categories, we can proudly say Lallans®™ is the best & the biggest Sports Goods manufacturer in Sri Lanka. In the year 1991 when SAARC games was held in Colombo and in the year 2002 XIV Asian athletic games was held in Colombo. Lallans was the official supplier of all sports equipment for the games. In the year 2003 Asian athletic Grand Prix Lallan Engineers was the official
supplier of all sports equipment. Apart from Kiddies Park Equipments, Team Game Equipments, Track & Field Equipments, Gymnastic Equipments and Body Building &Weight Training Apparatus, Lallan Engineers is well known to manufacture
communication towers of heights ranging from (75ft-200ft) During the year 1993 Lallans®™ expanded their activities by stepping from the main manufacturing program and establishing an international unit to supply of liquid chlorine gas, caustic soda solid, caustic soda flakes, Hydro choric acid, deferment type of valves and gauges for chemicals and petroleum industries, Laboratory equipment and laboratory chemicals, centrifugal pumps and other kind of pumps.
Chlorine gas requirement, required by the Sri Lankan government is totally supplied by Lallans®™ Group through their principals messes D.C.W. Limited of Bombay India & Rayalseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Limited, India through Paranthan Chemicals Company Limited. Lallans refills chorine gas from one ton capacity cylinders to 68KG cylinders. Also 75% of caustic soda solid and flakes to the Sri Lankan market is supplied by Lallans®™ Group. After the group became well established Lallans®™ Group stepped onto the food industry, where the fruit and vegetables processing factory was set up in 1999. The aim of establishing KC Marketing Services was to increase the group’s stability and also in turn help the rural farmers and the unemployed. With the help of same KC Marketing Services was able to
stable farm gate prices for agriculture products and to create employment opportunities for both local uneducated and well educated graduates of Peradeniya University. KC Marketing Services employees passed out graduates from Peradeniya University of Sri Lanka as factory managers, quality controllers. KC Marketing Services processes fruit and vegetable products which have brand name of “Rime” and distributed by K.C. marketing services. The head office Lallan Engineers/Lallan Engineering Sports (PVT) Ltd is located in the suburb of Colombo the capital of Sri Lanka. Easily accessible by road and rail very close proximity to main banks and other governmental institutions.
The head office of Lallans®™ Group is located at 255 High levels Rd, Moraketiya, and Pannipitiya with the finishing plant, showroom and office located at 1A High level Rd, Mahalwarawa, Kottawa. The chlorine filling unit and the furnace cupola is located at the industrial estate in block 1 & 7, Horana.
K.C. marketing services is located in the Mahaweli Industrial Park in Embilipitiya, Which is about 150 Km away from Colombo. Embilipitiya town is also accessible from Matara andHambantota. The industrial park has been setup with the aim of providing all facilities for group of investors to expedite their own businesses in a common place. It include all basic infra structure facilities (There phase electricity, water, telephone, roads and security) the park is at close proximity to all the key institutions of the area.
